Smoothie life


If you are always on the go smoothies are a life saver but they are also delicious to drink throughout the day or to introduce them to your kids.

I decided to make a quick list of my favorite blends to share with you all.

These are just the main ingredients so it will be up to you to choose your liquid such as milk, almond milk, coconut water...

You can also choose to add on extra protein such as oats, nut butter, hemp seeds...

Here are my favorites!

•Berry Blast:

1 c blueberries

1 c raspberries

1 c strawberries

•Sunrise love:

1 c raspberrries

1 orange

1/2 banana

1 c mango


1 banana

1 c strawberries

1 c mango

• Refresh

1 c watermelon

1 kiwi

1 c grapes

Make these ahead and freeze to make it easier on yourself. You can also add a bit of honey for extra sweetness!
