 Keep it sweet

With everything happening in the world and the quarantine period everyone is starting to deal with staying at home while keeping a positive attitude is a must.

Something I love to do to keep my mind off the negativity & to make my sweet tooth happy is trying new recipes. Now, this is not a new one, I am sure you have probably heard of it or tried it already but in times like these when store shelves are a bit empty recipes with minimal ingredients are a must!

Check you pantry at home or stock up on the following while running any last minute grocery store trips.

Nutella Brownies!

Ingredients:

- 1, 13 oz nutella jar or about 1 1/2 cups

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

- pinch of salt, walnuts, pecans or chocolate chips (optional as you want)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350° degrees & grease or line your baking dish.

Mix all of the ingredients until well combined. Spread batter into baking dish & bake for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. You want them moist & fudgy!

Let them cool down & cut into squares.

Super easy and the kids can help!
