Banana Bread 3 ingredient recipe

I love easy recipes! Nothing like an easy set up with groceries list items you might already have at home.

The worst thing at times is not being able to use all groceries on time before they go bad, am I right?

This happens to us and bananas! We love them, we buy them but then we get a couple of them who don't make the cut and sit sadly on the kitchen counter waiting to be eaten haha

So what do you do with these very ripe bananas?

Yes, Banana bread of course!

So you search through your pantry but do not have all necessary ingredients so the bananas you were hoping to use go straight to the trash.

Not anymore! I got the perfect 3 ingredient banana bread recipe just in time for Summer break.

Ingredients:

- 1 box of yellow cake mix

- 2 large eggs

-3 ripe bananas

-chocolate chips or walnuts (optional)

This serving is for 2 small loaves or large baking pan.

Instructions:

-Preheat over to 350° and spray your loaf pans.

-In a large bowl mash up 3 ripe bananas with a fork.

-Add the eggs and cake mix making sure it is all mixed well.

-Place batter in loaf pans and sprinkle your optional items on top.

-Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

We love this super simple recipe! Have the kids help you mash bananas, crack eggs, add the cake mix, mix it all up and eat together after baking while you enjoy a movie at home or take to the park while you enjoy a sunset!
